As one of the famous live music venues in Austin, Stubb’s also has a scrumptious southern-style brunch, plus it’s accompanied with live Gospel music! There is no excuse to not indulge at this southern Sunday brunch.
The all-you-can-eat brunch menu features fried catfish, migas with chorizo, cheesy grits, and freshly baked biscuits. Check out my plate… yes, I got everything I could possibly get. I wanted to try it all!
I highly recommend the migas and the spinach enchiladas. The enchiladas are made with Serranos and have a delicious kick to it. And of course, you gotta grab the biscuits. They are delightfully crispy, fresh and melt in your mouth!
We didn’t get a table with a view of the band, but you can go down and watch! The band was so enjoyable and if I go again, I would definitely get a reservation where I can see the band.
If you want to eat here, reservations are highly recommended, so be sure to call ahead and leave plenty of room in your stomach!
