This Mango Salsa recipe is so easy to make and only has FIVE ingredients! I will be making another batch of this salsa for Cinco de Mayo. (Since this batch lasted only one day in my house!)
I need to give credit to one of my closest friends, Rebecca, for introducing me to this salsa. Thanks Reb! She made this mango salsa with fish tacos and it was unbelievably delicious.
This salsa is perfect for tacos, salads, as a dip, or on it’s own.
We love making fish tacos and adding this salsa!
I’d be lying if I said I didn’t eat a few bites straight from the spoon.
The first batch of this salsa was devoured with chips from Food Should Taste Good. All Food Should Taste Good Tortilla chips are non-GMO, gluten-free and made with natural ingredients. I can actually read and know all of the ingredients in these chips.
With the jalapeño kick, this salsa is paired perfectly with the their Blue Corn Tortilla Chips. These are my favorite and they are made with blue corn, brown rice flour, flaxseed and a bit of quinoa! They have an addicting hearty and nutty taste. FSTG has other unique flavors such as Jalapeño, Sweet Potato, Falafel, and even Kimchi!
You really can’t go wrong with this salsa. It’s a crowd pleaser and perfect for the upcoming summer holidays. Make sure you use ripe mangoes to get the best taste!
Happy Cinco de Mayo everyone!
