Skinny Watermelon Mint Margaritas

A healthier margarita full of fresh watermelon and mint!

  • 3 cups frozen watermelon
  • 4 oz tequila about 1/2 cup
  • 2 oz lime juice or 4 tbsp
  • 1/2 c. coconut water
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 20 mint leaves
  • Salt for rim


  • Rub lime juice along rim of glass. Dip in salt.
  • Add frozen watermelon, tequila, lime juice, coconut water, mint and Chia seeds to blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve in salt-rimmed glasses!
