Skinny Watermelon Mint Margaritas
A healthier margarita full of fresh watermelon and mint!

- 3 cups frozen watermelon
- 4 oz tequila about 1/2 cup
- 2 oz lime juice or 4 tbsp
- 1/2 c. coconut water
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 20 mint leaves
- Salt for rim
Rub lime juice along rim of glass. Dip in salt.
Add frozen watermelon, tequila, lime juice, coconut water, mint and Chia seeds to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve in salt-rimmed glasses!
