  • 150 g or 2/3 cup of Stonyfield Organic 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 c. Steel cut oats cooked
  • ΒΌ c. Blueberries or other fruit


  • Place yogurt, Chia seeds, oatmeal and fruit together and stir!
